    Mario Maker 2 story mode might be fun for kids (assuming it’s not too difficult). The people who translated the game did a really great job with it. The description of each quest is so wholesome and hilarious and playful. I laughed out loud at a lot of them.

    there was 1 bit where it said the quest giver was anonymous but you could tell by the description that it was without a doubt Bowser Jr (something like he wanted to follow his father footsteps’ of destroying things, paraphrasing here)

    haha and then there was another one where you had to wall slide down the level and the description said something like “don’t stress yourself it’s just sliding slowly down hot boiling lava. actually maybe stress a little”

    If you have a 3DS, you can get the OG Game Boy game from the eShop. It does a great job of teaching it and it’s a lot of fun.

    i am so fucking excited for Fire Emblem. i haven't looked at any articles or news about it since the big Famitsu dump a few months ago but all the headlines and positive reactions have me salivating. i might call in to work the Monday after it comes out.

    im kinda worried about my copy bec i preordered the limited edition from gamestop. when i check my order # from their website it doesn’t detect it but gamestop employee assured me that it will be shipped

    i did the preorder last february and i hate that i’m not even sure if i’m getting a copy despite securing an order so early

    edit: checked it again now and it looks like it is now showing in my order history. yess
