Not worth fighting, but also not very high up on anyone’s priorities ~18 years after the fact~ to get out of there. The complete death of the anti-war movement is one of the most significant bummers of adult life.

 

Unfortunately I think people “blew their collective load” with the Iraq war protests and once that didn’t work....

I mean glass houses and all because I find it hard to get out to protests but there’s not the will to keep movements up anymore t seems.

 

This just makes me want the Dem nominee, preferable Warren because I think she’d deliver it well, to just list off all the insults Trump’s people have said about him during one of the debates. Use it as a way to paint him incompetent and lacking respect and confidence of his own people and etc

 

Yeah, i think we’ve been conditioned to expect that we’re just going to be nebulously active ... somewhere? ... for reasons, for the rest of time.
