I need release date info on this. C'mon, A24!

 

At very least all the good reviews means A24 will actually promote the shit out of it (instead of burying it, leaking it, just absolutely botching it.)

 

This will be more than just a worthy follow up to the greatest horror film of the decade.

The Witch was a fantastic movie but I’d be very hard pressed to call it the best of the decade.

 

Well, if we count Over the Garden Wall as a movie...

I'd have to see a list of all the horror movies that have come out to make sure I didn't miss any, but The Witch is top 5 of the decade for me probably.

 

The Wailing, Hereditary, and Raw are probably my fav top three of the decade.

The Terror also being amazing, but a series.

 

I have no idea what this movie will be about and it’s great that none of the descriptors really give us a grasp on it either. Very excited

 

The Terror is next on my list. I just finished Good Omens last night. I saw the first like 4 episodes maybe but then felt behind and didn't like amc's app. glad it's on hulu.

super stoked for this movie. can't wait to see more from it and get a release date

 

The Terror is so fucking good and if you like the series I can't recommend the book enough. It's a lot different and way more gnarly

 

When are we getting a trailer?

 

Hands down my most anticipated for the rest of the year
it was filmed right by my hometown, a few people met Dafoe while they were filming and said he was extremely nice

I was on a walking tour in Venice when we walked by Dafoe chatting with someone and going in the opposite direction. My jaw literally dropped and I turned around to follow then chickened out, haha.

 

Still no release date? Any chance it will get a Netflix release? Would love to see in theaters though.

 

It’s definitely going to get theatrical release. Good reviews means A24 will promote the shit out of it.

 

Wild there’s been this much hype for it and not one trailer has dropped.

 

Maybe A24 is focused on Midsommar, TLBMISF, and The Farewell promo. Need a trailer badly, though.

 

I’m imagining a November/December release tbh

 

I mean, Hereditary and Midsommar had the trailer drops months before they came out and they built a lot of hype through that so I dunno, it’s just weird.

 

i have hype for virtually everything announced by a24. they're good at their jobs.
