What's with the "Records show Clinton took 20 trips on Epstein's plane" stuff right wingers have been parroting like crazy the last few days?

Are they actually legit and Clinton is just straight up lying about this stuff? Or are the right wingers just randomly making facts up like they always do?

 

I’m confused as to what’s weird about this? Seems like the attorney is just trying to argue that all Epstein did was hire adult prostitutes, because that’s obviously a much lower offense than rape/trafficking. That’s a pretty normal thing to do if you have multiple charges against you and the lower charges are basically indisputable.

 

It sure seems like Clinton is lying, if those flight logs posted above are real.

Average donation is an interesting new trend in reporting, to the point that a few campaigns very clearly are trying to drive down the average donation on purpose, and have people donate multiple times instead. It's being gamed now.

 

It still seems odd that a) doesn't/didn't have more main stream news coverage form anything other than essentially tabloid stuff like Gawker b) he'd lie about it if the records really do show what people claim they show. I mean no one can be that dumb, right?

 

I haven't looked at the records. Is it counting flew from point A to B but it's in manifest with stops and the return trip? And that counts as four times? I have no idea and was waiting to see what comes out in court.

 

Clinton will use the “technically it’s not sex” defense in terms of hanging with Epstein.

 

Yeah if you look at the ratio of average raised per donor vs average donation, Warren, Pete and Biden are all between 1.7 and 1.8 where as Harris is down at 1.1. Seems very odd that Harris's numbers are so different.

I also definitely wonder what Sander's donor count is. Feels deliberate he didn't release it.

 

certainly could be one of those things where he took four different "trips" but each trip was like a multi-day thing. idk. this is why I want legit news sources I can trust to talk about it.
