Also those states always rank so low in everything that’s blatantly a positive. Does anyone know of good things they rank high in?

I remember while researching a paper that Oklahoma of all states has a really progressive, individualized treatment-based method for removing juvenile offenders from sex offender registries. Most states just put the label on them and throw em to the curb for a decade or two (or life...)
