I went to YouTube to give it a listen today and I stopped counting how many of the top comments were just throwing shade at Youth and blink

I'm beyond sick of hearing about his creativity like he's the music genius of the century

it's not the same without Tom in that: if Tom was still around, we'd have had one album since Neighborhoods, it would have been delayed three consecutive years in a row and sounded like a glorified EP when it finally came out

 

Let’s not forget it’s been over FOUR YEARS since that dude decided he was out and people STILL complain about him not being there like he decided he was done 3 months ago. That’s exhausting.

 

People losing their shit every time someone brings up Tom is hilarious to me.

It’s just fucking annoying at this point. He’s not in the band... we know... it’s been 4 years... move on with your life.

 

Chesire Cat is a cool little punk record. Some songs would've benefited from better production but are great songs. You can see that one the ones that show up in Mark Tom and Travis show. The album showed a lot of promise. There's a certain pop sensibility that made the band what it is.

Also Wasting Time is a banger.

Dude Ranch is definitely carried by Mark. Tom's stuff there is weak apart from Untitled. Tom definitely caught up to Mark later but here the gap was clear. The joke parts bring the whole thing down as a record. But, like Chesire, it has some great melodies that the band would really take advantage off later on.

 

I disagree that Mark carries Dude Ranch. Mark and Tom both do their thing (in my opinion).
Also, I still enjoy Voyeur. Welp, back to my tree.

 

Are all three of the released new songs NOT Feldy productions?
