I miss when Taste of Chaos was in 4,000-5,000 cap rooms. From what I remember, they did pretty well.

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

Agreed. I actually feel like if they sized this down considerably with similar lineups this could be successful.

Yep. Sad Summer is coming to a 5000-cap room here in Chicago, whereas the amphitheater that Disrupt is coming to has a cap of like 30,000. They really should have gone the 5000-cap route.

I remember the first 2 years being super successful.

I feel like there had to be some logic behind the venue bookings, cuz there's no way a promoter thought this could come anywhere close to filling up these venues. It must have been cheaper to book these ampitheaters and they didn't really care about the aesthetic of a quarter filled venue.

Same here in NYC though, Sad Summer is coming to a 5,500 cap venue. At a beautiful outdoor venue with an awesome view of the skyline and Brooklyn Bridge. Would've been such a smart move to put Disrupt there, it probably would've sold out quickly too.

Sorry I'm sure this has been discussed already, but are they using a revolving stage for this show? Are the 3 headliners each getting an hour?

Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything is terrible.

Toronto showed moved from Budweiser Stage (16,000 capacity) to Echo Beach (approx 5,000 capacity)

those that bought seats or pit get access to some special VIP GA area in front of the stage it seems

You can check the exact line up for your date on the website! It changes every day, at my date Thrice is headlining and the Hsed are playing earlier

Wonder if it's going to be a first come first served for the VIP area considering all tickets at Budweiser are either Pit or Seat

Taste of Chaos in 05 was at the peak of scene domination. The Used and MCR Coheadlining after IL&D and three cheers? That was my Woodstock.

Bleed The Dream and Idiot Pilot were on the 05 lineup as well. Both very underrated nowadays.

Yea they were only on dates that had the ability to have a second stage, my date didn’t so the singer and guitar player of bleed the dream, played acoustic while we waited in line and filed in.

Great song, even though that part goes on maybe a little too long. You like the rest of their discography?

Remember when the owner of Mayhem fest posted that one thing asking if it should come back? Who thinks it will? Do you guys think it’d do well?
