Yeah its gonna be tough especially without Al. Smart seems like he needs to be more of a vocal leader too, holding the guys accountable, not just leading by example with hustle or whatever. Kemba will definitely help I think too. That said the only totally new thing I see in this article is the partying in Miami, which is definitely unacceptable, but its not like we're finding out that they all secretly hated each other. I think the Morris-Jaylen scuffle and the stuff about Kyrie being the only one to want to get shots up after a bad loss can be attributed to just frustrations with underperforming more than any real clash of personalities (other than Kyrie), at least until something tells us otherwise.
