Bischoff on SDL makes a lot of sense when you consider that he's there because he'll be dealing directly with Fox

 

Cautiously optimistic about Bischoff. Stoked for Heyman.

 

The problem with trips running raw and smackdown is that it’s a different beast from NXT. NXT doesn’t have to worry about pleasing networks, pleasing sponsors, pleasing shareholders. It’s allowed to exist within this wwe ecosystem without having to worry about the real world corporation stuff. He simply wouldn’t be able to just completely change a publicly traded companies cash cows

 

damn, im pretty pumped for all of this. wrestling is crazy shit right now.

 

NXT also has a format that inherently prevents overexposure. even the top guys appear in like two segments a month if theres no Takeover to worry about. a two month feud in NXT is like the equivalent to three weeks on the main roster, especially with the brand split dissolving and guys running double, sometimes triple duty in a week.

 

To be fair, wwe is running a PPV 3 weeks apart or whatever, so it COULD work it’s just a hard ship to turn because it’s so damn big

 

i wish Aleister were on Raw, i specifically want to see how Heyman would handle him

 

nWo basically already exists in 2019. Styles, Balor, Gallows, Anderson, add another big guy and/or woman and you're done

 

Just make the club and add Nikki cross or something to it. Then after they destroy for a while, Finn comes back to take what was his from japan and feud that into next mania.

 

They really should do that. Have them take Shane out to establish heel dominance or whatever. Get people talking about the main roster again in a more positive way than usual

 

Raw should just be only two wrestlers, wrestling for 3 hours in different match types. The two wrestlers change from week to week. As a result, Smackdown should be a 2 hour royal rumble every week

 

Both shows need more DZ

 

I get the Heyman love but also he was responsible for Rondas whole "wrestling is fake" gimmick which was utter shit

 

Stop acting like the millennial man and deal with it!

 

Will it be a background thing with Heyman and Bischoff or will they be running the shows "GM" style?

 

WWE needs more stables. Or really any for that matter.

 

Heyman has said before he wouldn’t ever want to be in charge of creative again so I wonder how much money they tossed in his face

 

I think this move shows some desperation, but I'm cautiously excited. Still with how awful the product has been I'm skeptical that Vince will give both guys the autonomy they need. Also Bischoff hasn't produced anything good wrestling wise in a very long time. That being said I'm excited for change even if its for the worse. What a time to be a fan. I never thought I'd be this intrigued by the wrestling industry and potential competition ever again after WCW went out of business.

 

You know it might be odd to say but i feel like the women's division is at one of its best points right now. At least in terms of multiple storylines, things to do for multiple women. You have a very strong, believable, super over top champ in Becky. Your other champ (which i'd get rid of but since we have it) is Bailey, who MIGHT be in the middle of a small heel turn, which i think is interesting. The tag champs are entertaining and over and are on tv a decent amount of time. You have something going on with Alexa and Nikki Cross. You have something going on with Sonya and Mandy. They're putting a lot of focus on a new comer in Lacey Evans. Asuka/Kairi are doing something with Paige (although not nearly on TV enough at all). And Carmella's doing her thing with R-Truth.

Pretty much everyone is doing something right now except for Charlotte (who needs a break) and Ember (odd woman out at the time).

You also have Shayna crushing it in NxT and can be called up at anytime to be a legit threat. Toni Storm on the UK brand (who i think will be a star on the main roster). And the return of Rousey in a year.

I think the womens division is at a good spot right now. Better than usual at least
