Yeah I think they are splitting it halfway or so, so people with the GA pass are back a bit from the stage.

I am only making assumptions based on what I've seen done at other venues/festivals, but yeah. Pretty dumb.

I feel like the Phoenix date will sell pretty poorly. I couldn’t imagine who would brave the 115 degree heat for a little show like this. It looks good but not THAT good

Yeah, for the Michigan date, all seats between the GA pavilion and pit that aren't ~Platinum Seats~ are now $30+fees. Going to keep waiting, I really think pit will follow.

Wait as long as you can, I’d be surprised if you end up paying more than $30 flat between price drops and stubhub

Is there any way you can get some money back if you purchased a ticket at a higher price??

From what I understand no. Tucketmaster even ways on their site that ticket prices may fluctuate based on demand

Let's hold our breath until we disappear

It won’t work. I have tried before for other shows, and I know other users on this site have tried as well.

Ffs, Chula Vista now $29 each for pit. I paid $59 each, which I know was probably one of the cheaper pits at least.. but still. Should've seen it coming. For some reason I had a panic that the Chula Vista pit was small & cheap so might sell out.

Damn. This is the only show I’ve purchased tickets for and tickets became cheaper

As much as I love Thrice, they'd have been better off this summer on a headlining club run than playing half full amphitheaters outdoors.

I'm sure they're making more money on this tour then they would've on a solo tour.

I'm curious what Thrice's draw really is now. I saw them on their last tour in Seattle and it was well attended but I looked like when they played a show back in NC that it wasn't that well attended. I'm assume they are making decent money on this run. I feel like their tour packages haven't been all that great since signing with Epitaph personally.

Is that a better option financially for them? Probably. But I'm less inclined to drive the 3 hours to see them play for 50 minutes in 90 degree weather in Bristow than I am heading to DC/Baltimore/Richmond for an hour and a half club set. /end the rant of a jaded Thrice fan.

I feel like the next couple years are gonna be several attempts like this to fill the Warped Tour void. Tours like this, sad summer, etc. will probably have meh sales but they'll figure it out eventually (I hope)

They just put up 500 tickets for free on VetTix for the Irvine date, which confirms the very obvious lack of sales.

It's a shame the Taste of Chaos tour didn't do well back in 2016. The lineup was great, they just overshot it with those venues.

And actually for that tour I bought tickets the day they went on sale for $75 each. The weeks leading up to the show my section dropped down to $25 per ticket. That's when I learned my lesson.

I think I paid like 20 bucks for mine after fees on stubhub. Such a great lineup and it was indoors, which made it even better.

I'm sure it all comes down to money and it was cheaper for them to book the venues that they did, but I don't understand why the closest show this tour is coming to me is in some random town in New Jersey at a venue that holds 20,000 people. They could've easily booked the Prospect Park bandshell in Brooklyn or the Summer Stage in Central Park, both which hold 6,000. All GA. Would've been perfect for this, probably would've sold out quickly too.
