It’s wild to me that people who literally dismiss Bernie by saying “no old white men in 2020!” (an understandable enough sentiment) or “Bernie and Warren are the same on policy, so if you support Bernie you’re just doing it because he’s a man!” (an untrue statement, but sure) would get upset when Bernie says “some people want a woman to be president, and i understand that.”

Like, is that not just listening to people when they’re telling you what they want?
