Yeah overall it's just kinda not a cohesive album, but the good parts are great

 

I don't think I would have been so bummed out about Crooked Shadows if it wasn't for how long the album took unfortunately, it just seemed like it was hyped up for aggggges.

So very interesting, super interested in what Alter the Ending sounds like since he already did the whole album acoustic

 

Morning listening sorted. Starting with “Alter the Ending” first. These sound really good, not sure why, but I thought they may have sounded too sparse/rushed.

 

His voice has... not stayed great

 

Definitely strained at points, think it’s just age though. (Could be wrong) I’ve really liked these so far though.
