Hey I met Kenny too

 

My best friend growing up Etid and under oath we’re her fav bands besides [redacted] and she as dying to go to this show although her parents were quite strict. We go and like three songs in I lose my friend and her mom is calling my phone over and over again and I’m like fuck okay. Turns out she was on the barricade and she couldn’t hear or get to her phone. I answer and tell her I don’t know where she is and her mom got security to let her into the show to look for her and she is freaking out and she starts looking like under tables and behind curtains like she got murdered.

In December 2016 at TBS’s holiday show, the Starting Line opened for them. When they played Leaving, Kenny leaned out onto the barricade at the end of the song, gave me his pick and had me strum the bass line at the end of the song while he held the frets. It was glorious.

I have it on video but it’s not letting me attach it from my phone for some reason.
