The first time I saw Paramore I lied and said I was sleeping over my best friends houses and we drove to NJ and she didn't even have a ticket just waited outside for me the whole time like a real one, then while I was hanging out with them she kept getting calls from her mom asking where she was and I was literally in the bus with the band and she's texting me like WE HAVE TO GO and I was like um sorry Paramore we lied to our parents to come here and now we're in trouble lmao

My funniest “parents driving me to shows” story is when my mom took my best friend and I to see underoath with ETID and Poison the Well and we played some of their music for her and she plugged her ears. She waited outside the venue in the car, and when we left she accidentally went down a oneway street and got pulled over. Before the cop came to the window she was yelling at me for wanting to go to a “rahhh rahhh” show and how she’s had a clean driving record her whole life which would now be ruined. Lol

Cop let her off though because she was crying when she talked to the cop
