Sounds like a shitty dude. Quick scan of his Wikipedia makes absolutely no mention of that.

 

in my opinion, he's the epitome of the "missing stair" principle-- everyone knows he's a piece of shit, but he also makes a TON of money for epitaph, his band gets huge tours, his fans are rabidly loyal, and everyone just kind of works around the fact that he's a convicted criminal who is continually violently lashing out.

 

he sued the woman who accused him and she was basically harassed off the internet. a cursory google search will give you all the details. everything else i mentioned is under the "legal troubles" section of his wiki page.
