The Sharks apparently made a in person meeting with Stamkos about a deal so that's actually cool.

I figure he do the meeting because we just made the SCF but it's still awesome that DW pulled that out of the bag.

 

This was the only good move the Oil's brass made in regards to the Hall trade.

I think a one for one is pretty fair but I would've asked for more since the demand for top RHD is so high. And the fact they seem so desperate to get a defenseman.

In a vacuum, Hall for Faulk is about as close as you get value wise.

 

This PK Subban character assassination going on right now is incredible. He's selfish by contributing to charities on his own and not as part of the team. Astonishing.

This makes Boston's treatment of Seguin in 2013 look like the Ray Bourque trade

Adam Larsson, Bo Horvat, a month of Jaromir Jagr, and Stefan Matteau

for

Taylor Hall, Cory Schneider, Kyle Palmieri, and Devante Smith-Pelly

 

Stamkos stays AND we bought out Carle so I never have to yell at him for being so awful in a Lightning jersey?!?! Ok universe, I don't know what I did to deserve this unexpected bounty of good news but it's appreciated.

This is bad. I love what Rozsi has done for this team but fuck last year it was already apparent he's done. Also, not good that Mashinter keeps coming back. I don't think he's as awful as a lot of Hawks fans make him out to be, but let the guys in Rockford have a crack at his spot.

Edit:

I feel better now though since Rozsi is only signed for 600 and Mashinter for 575. Kind of agree with having Rozsi platoon with a 6th D, but this only pushes guys like Pokka even further back.

 

Sounds like another blockbuster is brewing involving Avs.
