okay here it is; my final () blink-182 track-by-track review. this one is for the album dude ranch (get it? it's cum!), which i haven't listened to in full since 2014. here we go motherfreakers:


pathetic: pretty good track. i'm a sucker for mark and tom doing the call and response thing even if that doesn't sound like tom at all

voyeur: stalking a teenage girl and masturbating outside her window while she undresses is very funny!!!

dammit: obvious banger. it's a shame blink never really grew up, though

boring: aptly named. i don't remember ever hearing this song before in my life and would happily never listen to it again. the skits on this album are so bad lmao

dick lips: tom's vocal melodies on this track are pretty fun

waggy: i'll give it to them; mark and tom doing ~pretty~ harmonies while singing about jacking off does get a laugh out of me, but other than that this song is incredibly dull

enthused: i'm not enthused about this song / i don't care at all

untitled: when i first downloaded dude ranch as a kid the title of this track was, uh, 'n-words' and i remember thinking that couldn't be right so i googled it and apparently that was the original title of the song and the only reason they changed it was because their label made them? racism is very cool and funny!! haha!!

apple shampoo: never got the appeal of this song?

emo: scott really was a terrible drummer, huh? i like this one even if the lyrics are terrible (that statement might be redundant when reviewing a blink album?)

josie: best song on here and one of their best singles. when mark hoppus sang about lacking in the bulge, i felt that

a new hope: i hate dumb nerd shit like star wars with a passion but this track is pretty endearing

degenerate: nope

lemmings: i'm glad my discography run through is coming to an end because there's only so many things you can say about bad blink-182 songs without repeating yourself

i'm sorry: lmao it's like they thought they could get away with writing shit verses and just repeating the words "i'm sorry" in the bridge because they wrote an okay chorus. nah. the skit at the end where mark gets his dog to drink his piss is SO funny though !! lOl !!


i'm actually pretty surprised but i liked 5 out of the 15 songs on here which is 33% so rounding up i'll give dude ranch 3.5 out of 10 stars making it my third favourite blink-182 album

Was at a local show tonight and the band busted out Wendy Clear and said anybody who knows the words feel free to take the mic....needless to say I took the mic and sang Wendy Clear

Apparently it was a thing on file sharing sites that "Untitled" was put up with a racial slur as the name instead. Can't say I remember it and have no idea why it happened, but it was a thing.

I definitely miss having like 10 songs in my download queue and going to bed, waking up like it’s Christmas day and running to my computer to listen to the songs only to find only 1 downloaded haha.
