Marc names his next cat Julie Gaffney

 

Yea I was just listening to that this afternoon and caused me to check his Wiki page for something. Relatedly, since I recently got Stitcher Premium, I listened to his 2010 CBB (then Comedy Death Ray) episode (which was the first time I ever heard of Marc Maron) and on the same episode was The Birthday Boys aka The Wacky Ding Dongs.

 

Marc and Kumail going back and forth on DLM got me into that whole scene of comedy I think. At least it really got me into that podcast for a while.

 

And then Marc re-created the animosity on his IFC show

 

Which wasn’t as funny

Holy shit, it's the 4th anniversary of the Entourage-a-thon

 

Still one of the better weekends of my life haha. I really want him to do another show

 

finally subscribed to the Flagrant Ones. Two episodes in and my main take aways are Carl has a beautiful singing voice and I know even less about Basketball than I thought

I know when I'm out of the loop where TBS is the only act on the bill I could name more than one song of theirs

 

In fairness The Lumineers do only have one song

 

Carl Tart on CBB had me crying from laughing at my desk

 

Gil and Jon are hilarious on CBB today too. Great episode all around.

Alyssa Limperis is funny as hell

 

Rory was fucking hilarious on Playing Games today, his answers in the final stretch killed me

 

Can't wait for TFO to do a whole episode on Jaylen Brown and Terry Rozier being on the Bachelorette.
