I know we joke about it, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if my sleeping habits are shaving years off my life. It’s a genuine problem and I dunno what to do about it tbh. Like, at this point I only sleep because I decide that it would be the optimal thing to do, and not because I feel tired. But then during the day I feel exhausted and lie around like a total pile??? Makes little sense. I’m curious how different I’d feel if I slept like a normal person for like a month.
