Same. I've been refreshing for the past 46 minutes and haven't gotten that even once.

I mean, "justbeinhonest" could also be Outkast if you're going by the URL.

So many of these could be so many different bands. I think there's definitely some legit hints. But I think a lot of these are stretching.

Someone clarified that that was not a new message and was most likely just a fun joke from the first round instead of a hint. Bummer.

 

Village People seems to be an incredibly Riot choice, and I can’t imagine what else that clue would be referring to.

Yeah that LTJ one is incredibly tenuous. I wouldn’t be surprised if they play, but don’t see how that is a clue for it at all.

 

There seem to only be 15 new "clues" (in addition to the original 82 that still come up)

This seems to hint at 3-5 bands. A bit underwhelming if this is the only tease we get

also, "It'll be a greasy good time... perhaps even buttery?" has to be a clue, but I have no idea to what

edit: this is a reach but Less Than Jake did do a Grease album and the Good Burger theme, not sure where the buttery part comes in... then again, this could be a Primus song for all I know

 

Agreed! I didn't like how the teaser video revealed half of the first wave last year. The prospect of seeing AM! is more than enough to keep me going until tomorrow.

 

But I was hoping to waste my whole day with this crap! (Mostly joking)

I think this is just a reference to the year they had a John Stamos sculpture made out of butter

 

The hour of time between me arriving at work at 10am and waiting until 11am for the lineup tomorrow is going to be a very long hour

 

True, but Less Than Jake is obviously playing so I technically can say I wasn't wrong tomorrow haha

also, I still can't believe of all the campy bands they could've gone with.. the Village People sigh.

My god if the Swellers reunited and did a 10 year show for Ups and Downsizing, or played in any capacity, I would plotz

 

So would I haha. My band recorded with Nick a few months ago, and he said that he was trying to convince Jono to do some reunion shows here and there but Jono wasn't really feeling it. Plus Nick made several jokey comments about not being able to sing that high anymore. So there's at least some desire there, hopefully he convinced Jono!

If they didn't play Bled Fest I doubt they play Riot but I guess Riot has much more money to offer so who knows

I unfortunately missed Nicks new band at Bled but it was very heartwarming to see Nick singing along and watching Baggage

 

Do you guys ever think Polar Bear Club will come back?

 

If they do it will likely be at Fest but god I hope so
