I actually just got them last night, im about to take them for a run and to the gym for the first time in about an hour so i'll let you know in a bit. The price is a little hard to stomach, so we'll see here in a bit if they're worth it or not.

Yeah that price point is so damn high but they also seem like they'd be pretty perfect headphones for what I'd want/how I'd want em so I'd just never buy headphones again

the one thing that's almost guaranteed with beats headphones is that the price is p inflated when new SKUs launch and then get a decent discount around black friday through christmas so i bet these are on sale a lot of places around then for ~$200

True. And if you decide it's not worth it or don't want to wait, i've heard really really good things about the Jabra 65t's for true wireless workout headphones and they're around $150

 

I'd be more worried about the battery sucking bad in about a year for something that expensive.

 

I do not, that intimidates me so much that I havent started researching yet haha

 

For earphones I'll probably just stick with my anker ones that were about $40 and have a warranty and after a year when the battery turns to shit they're cheap enough to be disposable.

But I'm not an audiophile and I have anxiety about losing stuff when it's that expensive

 

anker makes good accessories. another company that makes surprisingly decent/good headphones for cheap is monoprice. they have no business being as good as they are for how inexpensive they are. they have true wireless headphones for $50. Yeah I've seen really good reviews for monoprice stuff. Mainly cables and earphones/speakers.

The anker warranty really keeps me buying from them. Everything they sell has an 18 month warranty at least with some cables now having lifetime warranty which is great because you know it's going to fail after 2 years of use.
