I didn’t say it wasn’t healthier than that. I just deemed it unhealthy. Not like I’m judging, I just ate a Choco Taco. But I’m not fooling myself either.

I disagree, I think eating 2 cups of cheerios with 4 strawberries and low fat milk is a pretty healthy dinner for almost any diet.

A calorie is not a calorie.

you can eat 300 calories from chocolate (or cereal in this case) or you can eat 300 calories from a salad, for instance, and it’s not the same. The number might be, yes, but the way it effects your body is completely different. I’m not even saying what you’re eating is awful but when I hear “healthy as fuck” I certainly don’t think a bowl of Cheerios lol. Cereal is basically an empty food. Again, I don’t care at all what you eat and I’d never judge you for it, I’m just challenging the idea that cereal is healthy

Side note: Fed Up is an awesome documentary about the sugar industry/cereal and I very much suggest it. Really good but will also make ya feel like crap lol
