I always found it interesting the big split within the left on whether Tulsi Gabbard is good or not. I've seen a lot of people on the left adore her, and saying she needs to be Bernie's VP. And then I see some be very critical. I never looked too hard into it, her foreign policy seemed pretty damn good from what I have heard her talking about. But I did a lot of reading tonight to find that it's pretty wrong. 100% against regime change is great and that is what she centers her campaign on, but she obviously won't talk about her vigorous support to help Russia bomb al-Qaeda in Syria, or when she voted for a bill that would make accepting refugees into the US nearly impossible, or when she was one of only 3 (!!) representatives to vote against a resolution condemning the Syrian government and their allies for violating international law and committing crimes against humanity. It sounds to me like in terms of the war on terror she'd be another Bush/Obama at the very least.

“In short, when it comes to the war against terrorists, I’m a hawk...When it comes to counterproductive wars of regime change, I’m a dove.” - she said this in 2016 and that basically sums up who she is.

Anyway, that's just my 2am findings I felt like sharing.

cmon David you should really know by now that a centrist lib like Garland is the exact kind of person to think that they’re actually scoring big points by trying to seem like the bigger person
