Like it's ok but a regular milkshake is way better. Alcohol is just gross so it's like hey let's make a delish shake and then make it taste slightly like nail polish remover.

Does anyone remember this band?

I just recorded a drums and guitar cover of this song haha, can finally play drums well enough to record a whole song and have only a few errors, not a total mess. Then I put the drum video on my TV and recorded me playing the guitar along to it.

This is how I want to play live someday, with a vid of my drumming projected behind me.

 

I watched Signs for the first time yesterday.

A few things to point out before anyone watches:

1) drums and guitar were done in like 2 takes. My girlfriend was chilling here so I didn’t want it to take a long time. If I really made legit videos like this I’d try more times to get it perfect.

2) It starts off sloppy and I improvised some of the drums cause I was playing them from memory. Hadn’t heard this song in a long time (I loved BNO in high school). There’s mistakes and parts I play different than their drummer.

3) my guitar is tuned differently I didn’t bother tuning to “full step down” like it is in the song. Which is why the little bit of singing in the drums / clapping part sounds off key lol.

4) my drum kit is missing a hi hat pedal so I have to literally grab them with my hands to close them. At least this song doesnt have that much hi hat so the only weirdness is in the first verse.

5) I’m adding basslines to the chorus in between the guitar chords.
