It was before they were popular so I guess I just didn’t pay attention. I probably thought they sucked, though, which is true

 

I remember seeing Chester French at a FOB show and totally forgot about them until a friend brought it up the last time we saw them. Coincidently, so did the rest of the world.

I was trying to remember the other artist on the TBS/Weezer/Blink show and it was Chester French haha

 

Weezer was supposed to play the STL date of the Blink reunion tour but then the show got postponed due to DJ AM dying so then the lineup for the makeup date was Blink/FOB/The Academy Is..., who was supposed to play the AP Tour date with Set Your Goals and all that but that show got cancelled because of Blink iirc. Man, how do I remember this?

 

They were the opener for FOB’s show at the Pageant, it was this (red) deal. It also had Brendon Urie doing a solo acoustic set, which was rad in retrospect. He did that song from Jennifer’s Body that was cool and they don’t play anymore.

 

I just like ketchup anyway.

I'm selling my bass amp to help me move. I'm moving into an apartment anyway and only use it for 1) recording and 2) if I auditioned a good bassist who didn't have stage-quality gear. I haven't had a bassist the last few years though and the only recordings I've made in that time are acoustic. It just "makes sense" to sell it since it basically pays for my Uhaul truck.

But it feels like giving a child up for adoption. Like a part of my soul is being ripped away. I can't help myself with gear that helps me be creative.

I preordered the +44 vinyl like half a year ago and apparently it keeps getting pushed back

I just looked Big Fan and Young Adult are really the only movies Patton starred in, other than Ratatouille and Secret Life Of Pets 2, and I enjoyed them both
