I remember being so excited about this band when The Adventure came out, so I’m gonna have to go that route.

There’s way better songs on this album. Can’t believe they got voted out.

I love in the documentary when Tom says he wrote the song for his friend who's wife had just left him. He said he wanted him to feel uplifted and could take on anything in the world. That made me love the song even more.

Still I went with The War. Love the chorus, and the guitar riff sounds like a natural progression from the last Blink album.

I thought the song he wrote for his friend was It Hurts? I haven't seen that documentary in years so you could be right.

Also Tom was playing that War guitar riff (and also the Up All Night riff) during the recording of the Untitled album.

I like a lot about the adventure but I do NOT get how it’s so popular.

 

I'm guessing because it was their first single and it's their most well known song.

I think it's just the nostalgic excitement of when it first came out. I was hyped when it came out too but I think the War is better just from the chorus which blows the weak Advensh one out of the water.
