This is definitely a bizarre thing to me.

But also I turned 30 and nobody cared so maybe I'm just not the right person and am a jaded hateful person who hates the joy of others

but it also makes me feel really self-absorbed to force people to care about my bday even though I want to make other people feel special about theirs, idk. BDAY ARE COMPLICATED
