Day One, Week Two of C25k down. That was not easy. Have my doubts about being able to complete this project but even if I fail, it'll be great exercise on the way.

That is why I keep all my different sizes. I have jeans in sizes 12-16 on standby lol.

At the end of July I will be totally off the Zoloft so I pray to god that helps with my weight loss goals!

I was on Zoloft for a couple months and it was awful so I'm glad you're weaning down to not taking it. It also made me a little nuts lol

I did it! I completed C25k this morning! Had my best time yet, 2.97 miles at the 30 minute mark. Pushed on and got to 5k at 31:16 and then jogged til I hit 3.15 mikes so I could say I went "further" than a 5k. It wasn't easy but I'm so glad I did the program.

I have my first official 5k one week from today and I am so ready to kill it!

It was mostly to keep myself from crying 24/7 for the last year. Now I'm ready to move on from my loss and be "normal" again.

you never use the treadmill immediately next to someone. especially not in an empty gym.

I guess I didn't know that. Why not?

because it's weird, creepy and i'm sure for many, a complete irritation and break in of personal bubble space.

same if someone sat right next to you in any empty setting: bus, movie theater, restaurant, class. it's completely wrong and should never be happening.

Is it okay if that's the only one left?

Use whatever treadmill you want. It's not an empty seat/urinal wall situation. My gym has four different types of treadmill and if the one I prefer is next to someone, I'm not gonna change my routine for something this farcical.

I work at City Hall and found out the newly renovated Police Department building across the street added a brand new weight room in the basement that only City employees have access to. Apparently it's only used super early in the morning or later on at night when officers are hanging out before shift changes. That means that during my afternoon lunch break that I am the only one in there. It's like having my own personal gym and I love it.

Does anyone do any work out videos on YouTube? I'm not too picky on the type of workout, I just wanna make sure I do some movement every day, but it's getting way too hot to go on walks and do things outside.

How is someone running on a treadmill next to you creepy and weird? I honestly don't understand this at all.

Everyone pays for a membership. They can use whatever equipment they want.

Hello lovelies! I'm back from a great weekend at Glastonbury festival - did lots of steps. Think I have a cold now though. How's everyone doing? Diets going well?

This Brexit thing is getting me down :(

Zero motivation today. I say that as I'm literally in the middle of the woods, but it is a slog rn. Fighting through these doldrums sucks

Be sure to drink your Ovaltine.

He can be a bit extreme sometimes but if you want to learn more about weight training exercises, I usually check out Kris Gethin's you tube page or his supplement company, Kaged Muscle. I don't always do his workouts exact but they provide some variety to create my own.

I tried a fitness blender video today. Idk which one but it was too hard so I found a beginner one and then that was too hard also lol. But I did 15 minutes which is like halfway through and I feel better than if I didn't do it at all so I'll be happy about it.

After using my arctrainer today for 2 hours, I feel like I'm walking on air. I remember buying it for $400 on ebay a few years back, so it must have been stolen since they usually cost $3000 or so. lol, I don't care.
