The level of assuredness this site has that Tom will come back some day is insane when the band has given no indication that will ever happen.

Yeah I like everything else. It's weird that Deryck wanted so bad to put those on cause they're so out of place to me

 

They are! They reminded me of the sound of Green Day's 21st Century Breakdown a lot which I think had come out a little before so maybe he thought those songs would be huge? Either way they don't fit on a pretty great album.
