A big reason Samurai is low is the message it sends. Ya I firmly believe adults can enjoy PR but the fact is this is a kids show and one of Samurais prevailing themes is being destined for greatness, the rangers were trained from a young age to basically give up their lives in order to be rangers. In a weird way they’re child soldiers and the way the show handles some of their “PTSD” is really insulting, not to mention taking the first red ranger who is a woman and basically making her window dressing and more of a motivation factor for the male red ranger who is her younger brother.

That and the acting/dialogue is awful and the filler episodes are just downright boring.

 

Honestly the pink ranger from Ninja Steel is gorgeous so I’d go with her I guess idk

 

I mean

 

Super Megaforce had some of the coolest costumes and the incredible setup of letting the rangers turn into any past ranger they wanted and they somehow fucked it up completely

 

On the plus side Beast Morphers has been wonderful so far and I think Hasbro is going to do great things with the franchise I hope the next Super Sentai they adapt is Kyuranger just so we can have a ranger team based on zodiac signs and having a team of 12 rangers would be a great gimmick for a season, plus the first ever canon orange ranger
