Woah, the song sounds so much clearer to me on this video than when I listen on Spotify.
Glad to know it's a problem I'm experiencing with Spotify and not the actual song itself. When I stream it on there it gets really muffled and distorted at the chorus and bridge.

Really loving the new song. Listened to +44 on the way to work this morning, then Simple Creatures (for the first time) on the way back, and now the new single. Can really hear the similarities to those projects in this song, and the progression/ difference from California.

I'm digging it, it's made me more excited for the new album that's for sure.

I can actually see this single being picked up by radio stations in the UK (thinking Radio 1) in a way that they haven't been at all since the reunion (genuinely can't remember ever hearing a song on the radio by Blink since the reunion that wasn't ATST). Though I'm crap at guessing this sort of thing cause I thought Fall Out Boys last record should have been massive on radio and it didn't make any sort of a splash.

 

The internet: where everyone just likes to complain about everything not being exactly how they want it 100% of the time.

Chorus reminds me of Stay Young by We the Kings.

Honestly am floored by this. What a fantastic progression from California, which has grown a bit stale. Great song.

 

The girlfriend in that song was obviously a methaphor for THE MAN, the government, capitalist pigs etc.

 

I can't get enough of this song, it's so good.

After a few listens, I like this a lot. Not quite what I was expecting, but I dig it.

 

Not liking a song is fine. I can easily see why people won't like it. I think it's more making fun of people not liking it just because it "isn't punk" or acting like blink haven't been a wildly mainstream pop band for 20 years. It's all just jokes anyway.
