So like on a serious note this is kind of interesting. Sure Chris was just "one of the two percussionists" but he also did screams live (and presumably on the records) so it *is* going to be worth watching how they replace him, especially since they must be either in the studio already or at least going in soon. Do they treat his replacement like they do Alessandro and Jay? I feel that will be harder to get away with just because the percussionists are so key to Slipknot (and very up front in their stage presence) in a way that the rhythm section aren't.

I'm expecting them to play All Out Life then a classic song, probably Psychosocial or Spit It Out.

Also, semi-serious prediction: Chris isn't there and tries to gatecrash the set

Looking through Metal Injection, this is a cool performance. I just listened to Blister yesterday as a matter of fact. Might have the spin the album while I mow my lawn.

 

I’m actually guessing they’ll play a totally new song, but we’ll see.

 

My money is on AOL and another new tune, which will be the proper first radio single IE clean vocal chorus.

 

My guess is more based on the fact that the self-titled also turns 20 this year so it would make sense for them to play one new and one classic.
