I really do think any team who signs up for 16% of their entire cap going to Dak Prescott is asking for 84% punch in the face.

 

While I'm here spewing hot takes: Every time I try to listen to New Found Glory I make it maybe 3 songs before going back to putting on Coming Home.

 

Coming Home and Catalyst are the only NFG albums to have any sort of staying power for me over the years.

If Dak can continue to play at or around the level he was since we got Cooper, then that contract is a great deal and will become even better as the cap keeps rising.

Also, I can't stop listening to Billie Eilish, who is better than New Found Glory, Jimmy Eat World, etc...

 

I haven't listened to her yet I probably should at some point

I have no idea what a Billie Eilish is...but Jimmy Eat World is to Tom Brady as 1-877-Kars-4-Kids is to Dak Prescott.

 

For my metal peeps, I've been going on a Metallica run and I listened to Load and Re Load today and I really wish I liked those albums when I was younger. They are killer and underrated imo.

 

Her first album just came out and she's like 17 years old, but it's catchy as hell and weird as fuck, as far as pop music standards are. I recommend these tracks:

I appreciate Metallica way more now though than I did as a kid, haven't gone back to Load and Re-Load in a while though

 

The new vampire weekend is great

 

Way back my old current events teacher knew nfgs keyboardist, they're from the same part of Texas, and played in some local bands together. My friend and I asked him if there was any way they could get us into their sold out show. He said he'd ask if we did well in his class. We ended up doing well (we were always gonna, it was a super easy class), we proceeded to ask him if he ever contacted the dude and he laughed in our faces.
