I've said it once and I'll say it again: the Jim and Pam romance is essential to the story and it's adorable and they're lovable and yadda yadda yadda but I find it completely fucking grating on every subsequent rewatch I do

 

It’s really good for the first three seasons and then SPOILERS they get together and it sucks.

guitar fucking sucks until the moment you feel like you have a decent grasp on the things you do often but it's a chip away at a thing and after a month or so it rules regardless of how good you've gotten. definitely do it

as the recent purchaser of one get the J Mascis jazzmaster for something non bank breaking and good sounding

I'm in love with mine it's actually depressing how little I want to play my other guitars haha

 

I feel like I'd still switch around a lot considering how perfect my Gretsch sounds for jazz and how bluesy my G&L sounds haha. I feel like adding a JM would cover all the tones I need and from there on out any additional guitars would be upgrade guitars.

 

I really want a J Mascis, I noodled on one at a Guitar Center and the playability/tone was excellent

one of my favorite moments is one that I didn't catch till like a week ago when Andy asks Pam what she thinks of Erin and she's like "mehhh"

from thereon I watched the way Pam and Erin interacted with one another and it more or less seemed like Pam just kinda tolerated her more than anything

the G&L tele is my other bucket list guitar. I'm not sure there's much else I like in terms of both sound and aesthetic except my friend has recently gotten me interested in Gibson es35s (I think that's what they're called I'll look in a sec)
