I had this discussion with my friend the other day who always listens to podcasts and I just don't get it. He drives for fedex so they're playing in his truck all day long. I listen to the SiriusXM or my music in my car and can't listen to anything at work, so I'm pretty much guaranteed to never listen to a podcast ever. I don't get the appeal tbh nor does my job allow me to listen to anything that's not work related. I'm kind of surprised how popular they are now, but there's something for everyone at this point.

There are so many types of podcasts everything from interviews to weird jokes about nonsense
But if it's about not having the time I get it

 

podcasts are just the evolution of radio

I like to learn new things and be entertained and I also get bored so it makes sense for me. but I concede they aren't for everyone
