That really depends on your parents and your relationship with them. Really though I'd just go out and the first parent you find just be honest about it. Say you've been talking to this girl for a while and you've been dealing with a lot so having some company should be beneficial to you. I don't know your parents or anything, but I don't see why they'd be upset about it as long as you're honest. Most of the time these talks with parents go better than what we expect in our heads.
