Blaming the W/L record on Fournette is ALSO misleading haha

 

It's definitely misleading but stating that "top is due to being comfortably ahead and bottom is due to garbage time" kinda insinuates that the records would be different but that doesn't really appear to be the case so the records don't really reflect the trends you're stating

 

I didn’t say “comfortably ahead” I said the game was kept in reach. A running team with a shit QB is not calling aggressive plays and trying to score 35 if the game is 20-17 in the fourth quarter

Yeah I guess I misread and stated that incorrectly, point still stands though that better performance with Fournette would allow you to convert those games within reach into wins

 

Well, I more so got defensive because it was brought up as “another” knock on Fournette but it’s actually related to something that already happened

I don’t think the team is gonna discipline him for not paying a speeding ticket haha

 

The team has already disciplined him for less haven't they? Hahaha

 

Any combination of things could convert those games into wins. Imo Fournette usually does as well as he can with the situations his coaches put him in. Those close losses are often entirely gameflow related

 

This is why I let you get mad at me sometimes cause you’re fair about it hahaha

 

In Leonard's defense, being arrested for an unpaid ticket is one of the most mundane reasons a Florida Man has ever been pinched.

 

In general if I had to give my opinions on those lines I'd say that the sample size is small and there's also been a turbulent QB situation

BUT that also lends credence to the argument "a QB could've been drafted over Fournette resulting in a potentially better record"

Idk though because at this point it's all ridiculous hypothetical to even calculate what the situation would result in

But long story short I was just arguing against the response, not arguing for the comparison

It’s really not. How fast do you think I go? I have that one story of going
100 when I was 20 but I’ve never done that again. Was pretty terrifying thinking I was gonna go to jail for a few minutes. Almost getting pulled over that day kinda scared me straight

 

I'd definitely get a luxury car I wanna feel like I'm driving a couch
