After having two picks in the first, Oakland finds a suitable replacement for Jared Cook while still retaining a high-value pick. If I didn't do this, I'd be done picking until the 4th.

The run of offensive linemen cause the Bucs to jump up and grab the best remaining fit in the draft. Risner can instantly start at right guard instead of whatever a Caleb Benecoch is, while also having the potential to take over for Demar Dotson long term.

The Los Angeles Chargers select Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame

This is a very Gus Bradley kind of pick. Tillery can instantly compete with *checks* somehow the only other defensive tackle on a 4-3 roster. Tillery is powerful and agile and fills the Chargers biggest need.

The Rams trade 31 and Brockers to the Texans for Clowney

Moving Brockers makes this work under the cap this season, the Rams are the most win now team ever so they’d still do this if they can’t re-sign him but they’d probably find a way (Brockers’ + Fowler’s cap hit this season is about what he’d command per year, I’d think, so there’s room and that’s not a tough sell), the Texans’ DL sucks (besides Watt obviously) so Brockers can fit at either 3-4 DE or NT, and the late 1 is good compensation considering what Ford went for
