anyways the real booking decisions happen tomorrow night as Mania after Raw is basically the season opener for WWE

 

I think she was supposed to lose clean there. Look at the angle her body is there though. She’s probably trying her hardest to not flip all the way over and out of the pin fall so she tries to keep her legs down but Becky has her so tight that her shoulders come up.

The ref should have stopped the count and recounted and Becky could have held her there an extra second. They do that shit all the time, don’t know why they wouldn’t think to do it here. I’m sure they told Ronda to kick out right after three to keep her strong

 

Seems like the main event is getting a lot of backlash

 

The storyline was bogus, and it really never went anywhere. The getting arrested stuff and the case suspension stuff was just dumb I think. It could have been great. They didn’t need Charlotte... she could have feuded with Asuka again, it would have been better.

 

Eh Im realistic. I knew that was never gonna happen. But there's way to do this and have her not tap out.

Now it's true. The Kofi match showed how donit's done. He hits his finisher and pins Bryan clean 1 2 3. Crowd goes nuts cause they can cheer for it and know its gonna happen.

I wish becky had a non submission finish...and hell yeah I'm all in for making Ronda tap. I just knew that wasnt coming.

Overall okay mania. I wouldve said B+ but that finish really really really soured me. This whole show was about Becky's moment and it fell really flat

 

Fightful has been the most accurate source for WWE stuff in the last few months

 

She already made herself look bad several times before that

Seeing “reports” from someone with “sources” that the finish was supposed to be Becky tapping out Charlotte. Make of that what you will.

After looking at the gif, the way Becky repositions Ronda, I wonder if the two of them thought the ref was on a 1 count when he was actually on 2? That seems like the most plausible explanation if that truly wasn’t intended as the finish.

 

The biggest takeaway, more than anything else, is that WrestleMania is TOO. DAMN. LONG. It doesn’t make the show feel bigger or more important, it just bogs it down.
