I feel so sick to my stomach right now. I've seen that dahvie vanity article floating around for days and only just now read it. The girl he raped was someone I was friends with when I was younger. I had a really short friendship with her that crashed and burned bc of some teenage girl drama. She ended up like fighting with friends of mine (without even knowing them??) and of course I got lumped in with it even tho I wasnt involved at all. My friends ended up 'forking' her yard lol and the cops came to MY house because she told them it was me.
I vividly remember being on ap.net and chatting on aim all night and had the receipts to prove it
she worked with me and tried getting me fired- it was a whole thing.
anyway, I feel really fucking terrible. I have no memory of if she ever told me that and if she did, what my reaction to it was. I feel really bad that my friends basically bullied her even though I know I wasn't involved.
I just wish I could go back in time and tell her that I believe her and I support her and help fight for justice for her.
I really wish I knew how to find her now to reach out to her and tell her these things and let her know that I do support her and believe her now.
