I’m curious when they’ll put a legitimate big fight on main ESPN.

The first Fox card was Cain/JDS when they were both at the top of their game.

The ESPN/+ cards have been great but nothing like that yet.

 

It will be incredibly disappointing if Whittaker v Adesanya isn’t in AU/NZ.

I’m not into this bare knuckle fighting movement that’s been all the rave. It took 2 decades of work to get MMA legitimized and the UFC to where it is. This is a step backwards for the sport. ESPECIALLY after WBKFF and their shitshow.

You get a bunch of idiots on a card with a handful of fighters who either couldn’t hang anymore, or just want a paycheck and are too stupid to say no. Fighters started wearing gloves for a reason. To make things competitive, and for the fighters own physical health. To those who already shit on MMA for being “barbaric”, this is the backyard inbred cousin they’ve been waiting to have show up to prove their point.

That guy cutting a fighter’s purse in half and publicly humiliating him? Trash entertainment. Even the crowd was like wtf dude.

On top of all that, a huge brawl broke out between spectators in the middle of Artem’s fight and they let it keep going! What a joke.
