i love trout and he should’ve gotten at least 600 million

Not so sure about the nuances of the contract, but what I do know is that I'm definitely in the wrong line of business.

Trout will have earned the entirety of his contract in like 6 or 7 years. Angels will be laughing.

 

I’m happy for Trout. Not happy he may waste away his career there and a lesser player will top that number at some point while he’s still the best player. I’d want 500 if I was him to stay.

And I hope not much of that $ is deferred.
