Ya. I have it down to a science now. Wheat bread, provolone cheese, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, black olives, pepper, oregano, and then either light mayo or oil & vinegar. Get the baked cheddar & sour cream ruffles and put those directly in the sandwich. It's about the only way I can eat subway cause the meat freaks me out too much.
