I'm an annoyingly light sleeper and my upstairs neighbor has an alarm that goes off at 5am everyday that wakes me up. It's not even loud it's just their phone on vibrate that I can randonly hear so I wonder if they put their phone on the floor/my ceiling?

Anyway I now am always awake at 5am and that makes me sad.
