my new apartment neighbor is someone i went to high school with. she lives next door with her husband, sister(?) and her FIVE kids. i make it a daily point of emphasis to be seen relaxing, reading and drinking margaritas on my patio as a single, completely free man while i hear nothing but screaming and crying come from their soul sucking living quarters.

 

if i wanted to be endlessly criticized and talked down to i'd just talk to... anyone else i've ever met in my life.

HEY! I mean, it's not like Target is the only place to shop. You have options, and you can still choose to shop at Target. true. it's not like she's the only one that works there, they're usually big stores. but i'd be terrified that as soon as i walk in someone would make an announcement, "ladies and gentlemen, the fool that just walked in the store asked out or lovely Belinda who rejected him within seconds! all TV's in the electronics will now air it on repeat until he leaves. feel free to point and laugh when you see him!"

i'd also be afraid that the girl would tell all other coworkers and they would all smirk at me to my face and behind my back.

I find girls will go to shows with me but not want to do anything else with me yet will insist I'm very attractive and have a great personality lol I don't disagree but it's kind of annoying

Thoug that isn't everyone, I get plenty of girls who are into me but the small percentage that isn't is usually crushing because you have so much in common and think that person would be awesome to be with. Haha, I sympathize with this. I asked out this cute redhead that worked at Chipotle and got turned down. I didn't go to that specific Chipotle for months, but I got over it.
