Greg Olson seems like a good dude. Granted so does Witten, and for some reason being a good dude didn’t translate to broadcasting talent

 

For some reason i dont forsee Olsen relating everything to the Panthers.

 

Greg Olsen has experience with being on ESPN and fs1 every now and then as an analyst, can't see how he isn't an upgrade. They need to change their format more than anything tho

 

If we replace him with Kwon or Mosely, then no one can really complain.

He took a huge step forward last year but Bowles was always his biggest supporter...

It’s almost like the Jets are creating a need to make a splash but it is what it is.

The Avery Williamson signing was a head scratcher last year because we already had Demario Davis but AW was awesome. Wish we would’ve just hung on to Davis too.

 

If he can play, great. If not they probably structured his deal so that it's easy to move on from him.

Honestly, that per year number is a little lower than what I was expecting. The two years is also interesting and makes me think maybe he plans to retire in two years because a 32 year old Earl is not getting paid more than a 30 year old one.

 

$15 million/year for a safety is crazy to me

IIRC there are only like 2-3 safeties who make more than $10
