Sadly, it doesn't sound like we're getting any news there:

Ah damn. Oh well. I feel like they will definitely have something in the future it’s just a matter of when. I don’t need it immediately

I didn't mean you specifically, I did see that official Instagram post today though, and I feel like I've seen some stuff in my Google and YouTube suggestions

Gotcha. Yeah I always see a particular clip always in my recommendations so I hope that one particular thing wasn’t spoiled for you. How you enjoying the show?

It's great. Every season has at least a couple of episodes that blow my expectations out of the water

Wait there's one at Disneyland too? I thought it was only going to be in Orlando. Nice.

I’m 9 episodes into Resistance. Can’t say I’m into it. It’s not terrible or painful to watch or anything, just not doing anything for me yet. Only one episode I dug. I’ll finish out the season though

Ahhh Resistance, my emotions. This show has been doing a good job at showing the true nature of the First Order. Hux in cartoon form is a lot more menacing :seeno:

    K. done with my Resistance binge and hate to say it but wasnt a fan. I ended up kind of skimming through the last episodes because I really just wasnt feeling it and was pretty bored with it.

There was a couple of episodes that I was into and dug some of the stuff with Synara and the First Order and it tying into whats about to come but thats the extent of my enjoyment.

I was hoping to get used to the animation like I did with Rebels but I didnt. The people just look weird to me and it bothers me. Im not a fan of any of the main characters and wasnt intrigued by the stories. The comedy didnt work for me. A lot of silly physical humor with Kaz.

Just not for me. Ill finish next weeks episode and see where the show is going to go since its going to tie into after what happened in TLJ I assume, but I most likely wont continue next season which is fine. Got a lot of Star Wars coming and im sure were getting a lot of new young Star Wars fans.

Don’t understand people liking the Rebels/Clone Wars art style but not this. The animation is fucking great.

Agree that the season has been a bit of a bore, but the first seasons of Clone Wars and Rebels were also pretty rough and look what those turned into.

I recently started Resistance too and to this point am not the biggest fan. I still need to finish the season, and really like it when it connects to the First Order/Resistance, but a lot of the other everyday life/racer stuff doesn’t hold much of my attention at all. It doesn’t have the same sense of scale yet that Clone Wars and Rebels did, but I feel like that’s coming on the horizon and am willing sit through “Elijah Wood is mean to Kaz” to get to it.

Idk Resistance art style is really weird and cheap looking from what I've seen. Reminds me of the MTV Spider-Man animated series which I had similar issues with. That said I haven't watched any of it

I am the #1 Kaz fan. Some people have never tripped over their own 2 feet and it shows. Kaz is a very good boy who tries very hard and cares about his friends. Loving Resistance. I can't help but believe the scale will grow much larger in later seasons and that quitting on it early wouldn't necessarily be the best idea. It's already shown signs that it won't stay the same after this season. It had to ramp up, it couldn't just be crazy from the get go.

CB-23 is the droid I'm looking for. That's a fierce little droid. Can't wait to see how it wraps up next week and I am 100% going to the panel at Celebration to get a sneak peak of the next season.

I need a scene with Leia discussing the destruction of Hosnian Prime with Kaz. Two people whose worlds were taken from them. Wow. I get chills just thinking of it.

Yep, agree 100%. I can certainly understand some of the criticism and it not being for everybody, but the show has ramped up and I’ve grown to really enjoy it in the last couple months. It’s on an upward trajectory for sure.

Glad people are loving it in, Im just not hooked. even as the more serious stuff started happening I didnt care. Im definitely interested in the aftermath next week, but when it comes down to it I dont really enjoy spending time with the characters and the stories dont captivate me. Simple as that.

I’d say the animation in general is fine and actually really good at times but it’s just the people. They look like bubbles. they look like their skin is laminated and just not a fan.

Edit: just because Im intrigued about the time frame of season 2 Ill probably end up giving it a try

Gotta say I’ve finally started listening to Force Center Podcast regularly and it’s quite refreshing. Very positive and in depth fun discussions. Today’s was an in depth discussion on if Qui-Gon lived. It’s been sufficiently satisfying my Star Wars addiction.

  20. Resistance gets better around episode 10 I guess but man you still get some clunkers like Bibo

I'm just getting into it as well. I listened to the Star Wars Ranked podcast recently about top bathroom break moments in Star Wars. On another podcast network that would probably turn into a very negative discussion, but this was just fun and good natured.

yeah right now im actually going back and listening to their old episodes around the last jedi. its great and love how in depth they go with everything in universe. Lately it feels like everywhere else is talking about real life star wars and talking about Lucasfilm and what they want star wars to be and the fans.

The book review episodes of Forcecenter are always highlight episodes because they discuss what it means for the characters and how it can help inform the movies or add new dimensions.

Resistance is getting better and is super interesting when discussing the conflict with the First Order, but Neeku alone brings the show down so much that it’s barely watchable at times.

  25. Yeah the Bibo episode is an all time star wars low imo lol
