There was a place on diners, drive ins and dives that made just like fried chicken skins as an appetizer, looked AMAZING

 

I only asked because there are rules in diners and the rules are that the first 4-6 pages are acceptable to order from because they're generally breakfast and sandwiches/grilled cheeses/chicken fingers/etc but after that shit gets WEIRD like 20 more pages of fish dishes and whole chickens and pasta and pot roast? Like I don't TRUST IT I've seen Kitchen Nightmares

 

I love hot wing sauces but Im not privy to any of the small companies that proliferate that little market. There seems to be alot of options now.

 

Honey BBQ is my favorite wing flavor. Not all Honey BBQ sauces are created equal tho.

cold smoke + hot fry? I've never done it, but a place near me smokes their wings partially before they fry them and they're so so so good. Another place roasts their wings in their brick oven at (900 degrees or whatever) and those are delightful. I feel privileged to live in an area with so many good wing places. BWW thought about coming into the area but backed out after they did more research haha

Where I am has awful wing places. BWW is like the best option. There was a wing place in Manchester that was pretty good (where I first had honey buffalo) but they closed down a few years ago

 

its so cold in my office, i had to put my gloves on. My fingers are Ice Cold!

 

right after I got my pressure cooker I saw theres this other brand that lets you smoke or cold smoke in it. and now I really really want it to cold smoke some cheese and peppers.

 

I gotta get some wings today. For dinner though. Gotta have beers with 'em.
