I miss skateboarding

 

I was thinkin’ that the other day. I think I’m gonna start again now that it’ll stay lighter for longer after work

I'm too old to start this shit but fuck it, let's break some bones. I still listen to all the same bands that I did when I was 14 anyway.

 

I miss it too. I was always awful but it was a lot of fun and reminds me of junior high/high school. Longboards are great too cause you can just cruise for days without really having any sort of skill

 

I played Tony Hawk's Pro Skater so I should be fine right

 

I always knew how to use a skateboard for transportation but I never knew how to do tricks :(

 

I just realized I haven't touched a skateboard in almost 20 years and holy shit...

 

I hit a 13 stair a couple times. I skated a ton in my teens but started again in college and got much better. Always took a lil alcohol and buds to get my confidence up to try anything crazy like that though, hahah

I was more of a biker tbh. My friends and I would do some crazy shit.

 

My buddy and I used to bomb hills and I am amazed that I never hurt myself. My dumbass wouldn’t wear a helmet or anything and we’d just be blasting down these hills full speed. You could feel the board start to shake and your feet get hot. If I had hit like a rock or a hole it would have been

 

I have a skateboard in my storage closet. Still afraid of being called a poser but now I'm also 31

 

I’m p sure video games are good for hand-eye coordination so I think you’re on to something tbh

 

I’ve got all kinds of memories rushing in now. I remember riding down hills in shopping carts into oncoming traffic
