We have a ton of hot sauces at the moment and Laura's favorite is our Serrano hot sauce

Yeah it was perfect. Not too spicy, now the 64 Oz of salsa I just made is pretty spicy.

Added a poblano to my salsa today and I'm liking it.

 

Marketing guy is now screaming at a CSR from Amazon and its making me want to leave for the day.

Wish it was a little spicier actually but it's very good.

 

I could live off of salsa, guacamole and chips.

 

Lol, in my poetry class we have to read our piece aloud and then the class asks us questions about it. This dude went today and the politics of is poem were sorta muddy so people were asking questions about it and he was like, “well, I’m a right winger and a republican...” and you could just feel like everyone in the room collectively go . Haha. On the one hand, it makes sense cause he’s been the most annoying dude in the class and now I’m kinda like ohhhhhhh but at the same time he’s not white so I just like huh. Not to say you can’t be a right winger who isn’t white but at a university in Southern California it does give you pause

I never understood how some people want to say that theres a difference between a chili and a chile when in reality its just a pepper and whether you say chili or chile is just semantics of regional spanish dialects. the latter is maybe worth noting but the former is purely made up.
